the Jumble style

1 The creation of every form, from a physical object or a thought, starts into and from the Chaos.

From the primordial Chaos springs the Cosmos.

The Chaos is the Cosmos ( The Beauty ).

 

2 The founding brick of the human community and of every form of organization in the entire universe is the individual being: from the unity of the conscience to the single photon, Everything is one and One is in everything.

The individual without the community continues to exist; a community without individuals does not.

My philosophical/creative doctrine stands on these two concepts, and the artistic style that springs out I named 'Individualistic Jumble' or more simply 'The Jumble'.

 

The main characteristics of my artistic research are:

 

1 The artistic creation springs from mental and psychic chaos and produces apparently antithetic works, where monstrosity and sublime often live together, even in one artwork. The tension between contrasting concepts creates momentary and unexpected harmonies.

 

Everything about the use of expressive technology is allowed. The jumble of the single techniques ( often abused, violated and destroyed ) gives rise to a new artistic osmosis of unexpected effectiveness.

Therefore, no limit or preference by means or method is ever imposed on the 'individualistic' artist other than his technical skills, judgment, desire and urgency for expression. 

 

3 The direct consequence that derives from the two previous points is the creation of an original expressive style, produced by a 'jumble' of different stylistic influences, which blend in an ever-changing way in an eternal kaleidoscopic game, from one project to another, from one work to another.

 

Like in 'Nouvelle Cousine', my artistic ingredients range from those for first courses, where I prefer irony (with a bit of cynicism and a hint of sarcasm), to an unbridled lyricism for the sweetest and most delicate dishes.
